V-Neck Sweater Vest

I made this as a Christmas present for a friend. It worked quickly. However, I can see some places where I could have done things differently. The shoulders are large, in my opinion. When I put it on, the shoulders are very large. I am a female and this is designed for a man by “The Crochet Dude.” I don’t think it’s supposed to fit across the shoulders!
